    There are fancier apps out there with more bells and whistles, but that's not what this is about. It's about letting the Bad Peach in you come out and play the game. I'm giving you the entire blueprint, month by month. No BS. No cutting and bulking, starvation or restrictive diets, or quick fixes. Just hard and fulfilling work that will leave you in your best shape year round. Train like a Bad Peach. 

    WHAT IF I AM A BEGINNER?

    → You might want to start with the Youtube based Bad Peach Beginners series as a good introduction. The monthly workouts in the Bad Peach Club are scalable to all fitness levels. You will get stronger month after month, but the workouts should continue to challenge you; whether you are a beginner or have years of training experience. To increase or decrease the challenge level, adjust your weights, decrease or increase rest times, and follow modifications provided.

    IS THIS FOR MEN AND WOMEN?

    → Yes, 100%. While most people following Bad Peach Fitness are women because of how they identify with Laura's story, more and more men are doing the Bad Peach workouts. The Bad Peach Club is challenging and will change you - no matter your gender.

    HOW MANY DAYS PER WEEK ARE REQUIRED FOR THE WORKOUTS?

    → The Bad Peach Club workouts are designed using the exact training schedule that I follow. The suggested schedule is 5-6 active days per week but of course feel free to modify the schedule however you need to best fit your life. 5-6 days a week is fantastic because it builds a lifestyle and not just a fleeting habit. 

    HOW MANY WORKOUTS ARE IN THE PLAN PER MONTH?

    → 20 workouts will be included every month. Sometimes it will be 20 unique workouts, sometimes a repetition of workouts, but always designed to bring you maximum results.

    ARE THE WORKOUTS MORE CARDIO OR WEIGHT BASED? HOW ABOUT BURPEES?

    → These workouts are primarily strength training with a combination of weights and bodyweight. There are some burpees included because they are so significant to my training. I provide alternatives for those who prefer to not do burpees. The Bad Peach Club workouts have a minimal amount of burpees and jumping in comparison the Bad Peach Youtube programs. Every month will develop upon the previous with additional exercises into the rotation to work your muscles from all angles.

    DO I NEED A GYM MEMBERSHIP TO DO THE BAD PEACH CLUB WORKOUTS?

    These workouts are designed for home, outdoor or gym sessions. Equipment is minimal for that reason.

    WHAT FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

    → The equipment is kept to a minimum so that anyone can participate - whether you have a gym membership or not. My best results have come from my own bodyweight and a set of dumbbells ranging from light to heavy. That's it. Just a warning - you WILL get stronger. MUCH stronger. The weights that are heavy to you now will not stay that way. Be prepared to have heavier weights available along the way.

    Recommended: exercise mat, dumbbells ranging from light to heavy, the use of a chair or exercise bench, a wall, and a yoga block or thick book.

    DO I HAVE TO START THE BAD PEACH CLUB AT THE BEGINNING OF THE MONTH?

    → No. Once you purchase your monthly membership, you will be able to create a login for the member portal. Login to that portal and access the current week's workouts. 5 new workouts are released in the member portal every Friday.

    DO YOU CUSTOMIZE THE WORKOUTS OR NUTRITION PLAN TO MY INDIVIDUAL NEEDS?

    → No. The Bad Peach Club workouts and meals plans are not customized to individuals. If you require extensive modifications in your workouts or diet, then this might not be the best fit for you. A lot of programs that say they are customized, just have several cookie cutter options available and you get categorized into one of those. My approach to fitness is VERY simple, but VERY effective. While I only provide one plan, that plan is a unique, non-cookie cutter Bad Peach kind of plan that is only available here. If you want a customized approach, hire Laura for 1-on-1 coaching HERE.

    IS THE MEAL PLAN ONLY PLANT BASED?

    → Yes. I am such a huge believer in the whole foods plant based way of eating that I am only offering that type of meal plan. It has drastically changed my health. There are no animal based products in the Bad Peach Club meal plan. There are also very minimal oils or refined sugar, as well as the typical "cheat days" that so many diets include. We are building a way of life that isn't about resisting temptation. It's about thriving and making choices that make us feel our best. The Bad Peach meal plan isdesigned to fuel your body in a way that makes you feel like you are being powered by the sun itself - all days of the week! This is NOT a diet plan. It's a way of eating that will change your life.

    CAN I ADD ANIMAL BASED PRODUCTS TO THE BAD PEACH MEAL PLAN?

    → You can do whatever you want! The recipes are very simple and if you want to add on your own meat or dairy, that can easily be done. Or if you're cooking for a family, you can add those items in for them and eat plant based yourself. Adapt it to fit your own needs and desires. I provide simple recipes that are adaptable for an individual or a family.

    DO THE RECIPES TAKE A LOT OF TIME TO PREPARE?

    → No. I am also a no bells and whistles kind of cook. Life is busy as a mom and I enjoy recipes that are easy to make, yet delicious, budget friendly and exceptionally healthy for myself and my family.

    HOW CAN I KNOW HOW MANY CALORIES AND MACRONUTRIENTS I NEED TO HIT MY FITNESS GOALS? IS THAT IN THE MEAL PLAN?

    → Yes, that is included in the meal plan.     IS THE MEAL PLAN GOOD FOR A FAMILY?
    → Yes! I am married with 3 kids and use this same meal plan to prepare food that keeps my family healthy and that they also enjoy. The breakfast and lunch menus are what I make for myself and not for my kids. The dinner menu is what I make for myself and that my family also eats. I spent a long time eating separate food than my family and no longer do so. 

    IS THERE AN APP FOR THE BAD PEACH CLUB?

    → No. I have rarely trained with an app and do not really enjoy doing so. I'm not a bells and whistles kind of woman in my workouts. In fact, I used to overcomplicate everything and that kept me stuck with my wheels spinning. Changing to an approach that is straightforward to follow, both with workouts and nutrition, has been a key component to maintaining consistency over the last few years. This program is all web based and accessible through the member portal. I provide you with all of the exercises, suggested weight load, rep counts, and rest periods, along with links to short video demonstrations. It's clean and simple!

    The Bad Peach Club approach allows me to personally interact with the members. I don't want anyone feeling like they are alone in this journey. Through the ever growing Bad Peach Fitness Facebook group, and coaching, I will be able to be your partner in a way that a cookie cutter app does not provide.

    There's nothing wrong with training apps and there are a lot of great ones out there. I just know I wasn't stuck in my fitness for half a decade because I hadn't found the right app or program. The mindset and the tools provided monthly in the Bad Peach Club is what got me unstuck and into the best shape of my life. 

    WHAT TYPE OF WORKOUTS ARE INCLUDED?

    → The Bad Peach Club workouts are focused on strength and functional training and also include HIIT (high intensity interval training) for effective fat burning. There is a combination of dumbbells and bodyweight only. You'll find a lot of functional training that transfers over into feeling stronger for your everyday life outside of the gym. The club workouts will have a bigger emphasis on strength training than the Bad Peach Fitness Youtube programs. The great thing is that you also have access to all of the Bad Peach workouts on Youtube as an active club member. Feel free to mix and match or supplement as needed. The Bad Peach Club workouts are the exact workouts I'm doing to continue getting stronger and stronger by the month.
