Choose from 4 separate Bad Peach Fitness programs or save money and go to your highest fitness level by purchasing them as a bundle package. Bad Peach Empower, Bad Peach Thrive, Bad Peach Beginners or the Ab and Core program. These are follow-along workouts that are streamed via private Youtube playlists. You won't have to guess what to do for your workout. Every workout is recorded in full length with all instructions and demos on screen. Minimal equipment required - dumbbells, chair, and an exercise mat if needed.

  • BAD PEACH EMPOWER

    The most challenging program of the 3. Focused on weight lifting and HIIT intervals for maximum fat burn and muscle development.

    A combination of HIIT workouts and weight lifting. This program is a true fat burner. The workouts go quick and are done within 30 minutes. Be warned that day 1 is very challenging as a workout. Keep going and you'll be amazed at the growth that happens by the 50th workout!

  • BAD PEACH BEGINNERS

    Designed for those who want to have a stepping stone into Bad Peach Thrive and Empower. Beginner doesn't mean easy! It will prepare you for the types of workouts that you will see in the other longer programs. Including 4 bodyweight workouts and 1 weight lifting workout. Lower impact and a slightly slower pace. It is advised to repeat the beginner program as many times as needed until you feel ready to advance. If you are just getting back into working out, give your body and mind time to get acclimated and start here.

  • BAD PEACH ABS & CORE

    Want to get ripped abs? The first step is burning off the fat covering the abdominal area. Bad Peach Empower and Thrive will help with that! Then build up the strength and size of those ab muscles with these bonus ab sessions.
