RETURNS

We hope you love what you ordered! But . . .  just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process easy for you.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:

We are happy to provide a refund or exchange for your order within 30 days of purchase.

Important things to note:

  • If the item smells like body odor, it will not be returned or exchanged.
  • If it's been stretched, sweat on, or any other funky things have gone on, it won't be accepted back.
  • If you decided to try an item on while wearing makeup or glitter and got it all over, it won't be returned or exchanged.
  • If it smells like a good night out at a hibachi restaurant, that's a no go too. It's amazing how that smell sticks around :)
  • If you decided to try out a fitness item and be a "bad peach" on a 90 degree day with 100% humidity and left sweat stains on it, then you guessed it, we won't accept it for a return or exchange!

Those are all true stories. If it's as fresh as it was when we sent it to you, you'll be good to go!

Returned merchandise will be processed for refunds/exchanges. Please notify info@badpeachfitness with the return information.

 

RETURN ADDRESS:

PLEASE CONTACT US FOR THE RETURN ADDRESS PRIOR TO MAILING YOUR RETURN.
 

1. Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.

2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Virtual fitness event registrations, face masks, all custom designed products, holiday and clearance items.

3. Include original invoice with written or emailed notes as to why the item(s) are being returned.

4. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your reference.

5. If return package(s) are not received by Bad Peach Fitness, no refund will be provided.

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not the correct return address and will affect the processing of your return.

REFUNDS:

If approved for a return, a refund will be issued to the original payment account within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Refunds will only be provided if return package(s) are postmarked within 30 days of delivery date.

Note:  Any original shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.

If item(s) are sent back that do not qualify for a return or we receive a package back from the shipping carrier due to the address provided being un-deliverable, then the customer will be responsible to contact Bad Peach Fitness and pay a $5 return shipping charge. We will hold non-returnable merchandise or packages returned by the shipping carrier for 14 days. After 14 days, the items will be donated to charity.

SHIPPING TIME DISCLAIMER:

Bad Peach Fitness is NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times due to unforeseen delays with shipping carriers. If the package is not delivered in time, please contact the shipping company to find out further information.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER: 

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or un-deliverable address. We are not held responsible for packages being delivered to the wrong locations because the customer entered a shipping address with an error.  

IMPORTANT NOTE TO ALL CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF USA: 

We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on package coming outside of your country. International customers (outside of United States) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. We are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be & we recommend that you contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.


DEFECTS OR PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER?

If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please email  info@badbeachpfitness within 3 DAYS. If we are not notified within 3 days of receiving the item, then it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage / defect with your email.

Bad Peach Fitness is not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.

Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.
