Orders are being processed as fast as possible, but we are being upfront and honest and asking our customers to please understand if your order experiences any shipping delays. - Shipping to US address - 1 to 4 business days
- Shipping outside of the US - 2 to 6 weeks depending on the destination country
CHANGING/CANCELING ORDERS
Orders CANNOT be changed or cancelled after checkout. We will only accept one discount code per offer.
We also DO NOT cancel orders that have been shipped.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or un-deliverable address. We are not held responsible if a package goes to the wrong address because of the customer entering the shipping address with an error.
LOST PACKAGES
It is the responsibility of the customer to contact mail services if their package has been tracked as delivered but the package cannot be found. This can be due to theft, misplacement by the mail carrier, etc. Bad Peach Fitness is not responsible to replace these items. A claim must be filed by the customer with mail services.
