The weekly workout schedule and playlist updates every Sunday night. Please don't fret if you don't finish al 5 workouts every week. Just pick up where you left off and make it work for your life. A new workout schedule and playlist comes out as a way to keep this program fresh and exciting, but also as a way to push the participants to a high level of accountability and staying consistency with their routine each week.
